Jason Clubine
Lead Pastor
Jason worked in retail for 27 years before joining the staff at Victory Baptist Church in 2018 as Lead Pastor. He received his Masters of Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary in 2016 and is passionate about preaching and teaching the word of God. He is a committed follower of Jesus Christ who desires to see people grow in their salvation and make their salvation known. Jason lives in Holland Landing with his wife Karen and two daughters, Taidyn & Harlon.
Jason Dahmer
Pastor
Jason has grown up attending Victory Baptist Church. After feeling called to ministry, he attended Heritage College earning his Bachelor of Theology in 2013. He is now working on his Master of Divinity at Heritage Seminary. He previously interned and then served as lead pastor at Mount Albert Bible Church. Jason has been part of the Victory team since 2016 and currently serves in the area of Young Adult and Youth ministry. Jason and his wife Carolyn have been married since 2013 and have two daughters. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word and fostering authentic community that displays the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
Scott Wessel
Pastor
Scott has been working with the children of Victory since 2014. Having interned at Victory for two summers, Scott decided to pursue an education in Biblical Studies and Children’s Ministry in 2015. He graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts from Tyndale University, College and Seminary. Scott has a desire to share the gospel with children and Jr High students and is passionate about seeing families grow in their relationships with Jesus Christ.
